These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Wizz Air, a European travel planning company operating via
https://wizzairone.co.uk. By using our service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview Wizz Air offers personalized train and travel itinerary planning throughout Europe. We provide custom travel routes, suggested train connections, scheduling
advice, and recommendations, all delivered via email. We are not a transport provider and do not sell train or flight tickets.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate, complete information
Agree to these Terms We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including incomplete or false information.
3. Booking Process

Please include:
Full name
Travel origin and destination
Preferred date and time
Special requests (e.g. direct trains, budget options)
We will provide a quote. Once payment is received, your travel plan will be delivered via email.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
Payment must be made in full before we deliver your itinerary.
Full refunds are offered if you cancel your trip at least 24 hours before your travel time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled trip. We do not offer subscriptions; each plan is a one-time purchase.
5. Data Handling
Your personal data is used solely to complete your travel plan and is deleted within 24 hours of your trip ending. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability & Disclaimers Wizz Air is not responsible for:
Cancellations, delays, or disruptions by train or travel companies
Failure to book or purchase tickets as per our plan Missed connections or incorrect travel documents
Losses, damages, or expenses incurred from following our recommendations We do our best to ensure accurate and helpful itineraries, but cannot guarantee the actions of third-party travel providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All travel plans, documents, and communications we provide are copyrighted and remain the property of Wizz Air. You may not reuse or redistribute them
without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
